Shipping policy

1. Delivery times

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery times vary according to destination and shipping method:

  • Standard delivery: 5 to 15 working days.
  • Express delivery: 1 to 4 working days.

2. Delivery charges

Shipping costs are calculated according to weight, package size and destination. Delivery is free for orders over a certain amount, as specified on our website.

3. Transporters

We use reliable transport services to ensure fast and secure delivery of your order.

4. Order tracking

A tracking number can be provided depending on the carrier selected. The choice of carrier depends on the type of shipment required (pallet, large parcel, small parcel, etc.). Customers will receive tracking information by e-mail if available.

5. International delivery

We ship to Switzerland only. International shipping is not available.

6. Delivery problems

  • In case of delay, please check the tracking before contacting our customer service.
  • In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, please contact our customer service department within 3 days of receipt.
  • In the case of a damaged parcel, photos must be supplied to prove that the damage occurred during transport and is not the result of mishandling by the customer.

Return Policy

1. Right of return

Customers may return products within 10 days of receipt. The product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

2. Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for perishable items, personalized items or digital downloads. Hygiene products and sealed items can only be returned unopened.

3. Return procedure

  • Contact our customer service to initiate a return.
  • Someone from the company will contact you with the details of the return.
  • Wrap the product carefully and send it to the address provided.

4. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of defective or incorrect products.

5. Refund process

  • Refunds are made within 10 working days of receipt of the returned item.
  • The refund will be made according to the original method of payment, but a 15% fee will be deducted from the total amount.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for defective or incorrect items. Customers must follow the return procedure and specify the exchange request.
