How do I use PMF-Vision?
Step 1: Locations
Create the zones required to manufacture the
object directly in PMF-Vision software.
Locate all components, tools and assembly areas.
Step 2: instructions
Record assembly instructions in the system and use image capture to create visual references for each manufacturing step.
Perform as many steps as necessary.
Stage 3: inspection
Create reference images to check the conformity of assembly steps.
For example, the location of a bolt at a specific point.
On this basis, the program can then warn the operator in the event of an error.
Stage 4: production
Assemble the object in question, step by step, using programmed information projected onto the augmented reality table.
