In fact, it won over Swiss artist St\u00e9phanie Baechler, who used it to stage her latest work: Forget me not. The work consists in the creation of &#8220;hi-tech&#8221; fabrics suspended and pierced in the manner of old perforated cards used to embroider typical motifs of the St. Gallen textile industry, in this case forget-me-nots.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>An open-air exhibition<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project came to fruition in the summer of 2024 with the suspension of the perforated fabric strips under the roof of the Tr\u00f6ckneturm, a former drying tower in the canton of St. Gallen. To protect the textiles from the elements, PMF-System supplied custom-made supports that could be rolled up if necessary.
